Contact breaker needle bearing

I am looking at replacing the bearing in my contact breaker.
1) I am disappointed at the price of a 03-3068 bearing = $112 and would like to know the bearings data to allow generic purchase if possible.
Size, manufacture part number, etc.
2) any advice on how best to complete this task.....heat the housing and it drops out? or?

The 033068 CB shaft bearing is a Torrington GB-86 1/2x11/16x3/8.
Some time ago it was also available from Amazon.

Note: The contact breaker housing of my P11 has two needle roller bearings. The other one is:
034052 CB shaft bearing 5/8x13/16x1/2 GB-108 from Koyo or Torrington.
