Will just have to trade time for money while shopping then. One good thing I can tell ya is expect for maybe the valve guide rebore to new seats, about any decent automotive machine shop can do what ya need, which is mainly a rebore or slight touch up hone and maybe straighten a shaft hear and there and fix a bad thread hole and make surfaces square to each other. I like Hylmar hi temp Racer Blue and some real silk, cotton or un-waxed dental floss in seams. Betcha the crank bearings are still ok.
