Matt and Gary at the Colorado Norton Works are truly good folks. Customer service is outstanding even with my meager orders. They certainly won’t retire off my business but you’d never know.

I just thought I’d pass that along because sometimes all you hear about are warnings about questionable vendors.

yeah, they're awesome. Helped me out a lot (emails only because I hate using the phone), did some special things that I asked for, and even gave me a couple things when I've offered to pay. Best company I've ever dealt with for anything let alone the norton.

Yer absolutely right...

You get treated as though you were their best customer whether you are spending 30 or 300-dollars. I haven't signed up for 30-thousand yet, so I am stil wondering what they do for those guys. :wink:

Does Matt still ride a Guzzi ? I met him and his lovely blonde gal friend back in 1996 at the Norton National in California.
