Newbie here, I’m getting ready for a restoration project.
But first I’m trying to get my ducks lined up.

Is anyone familiar with machinists in Colorado?
Are there any that are familiar with the Norton motor that are repeatable?

I’ve with one now and have my questions.

I would call Matt at Colorado Norton Works in Delores and ask him. I think he would be able to help, Chuck.
 
Contact forum member Debby; she lives in Colorado, Denver I think, and has had some machine work done on two of her Nortons.
 
Where in Colorado do you live? I can recommend Acme Machine in Fort Collins, but you'll need to go talk to them in person. PM me for other recommended service providers. Pretty much anything you need can be done in state.

I bought some machined parts from Acme, very nice. If I were planning a rebuild, I'd check with them 1st.
