Chain Chain Chain!!

Looks like the chain is too loose. I want to say it has 1.5 to 2 inches of play in it. It looks like it might be starting to take a toll on my rear sprocket. How do you adjust the chain . Thanks , R.

Check adjust the primary chain first, that's also covered in C41.

Too lose is when you have it on the center stand in neutral roll the rear wheel and hear the chain clicking against the chain guard support in the front. (It's the little loop on the swing arm.)When you hit a bump at 70MPH you use all the suspension so, Resist the temptation to go too tight about two flats of the adjuster nuts after the clicking stops is good on a used chain.
