Yesterday there was a Very bad wild fire that destroyed at least 600 homes, some say as many as 1000. Let us hope that none of our Norton riding friends were among those affected. From what I have seen on the new there were no human fatalities, lots of pets though.
Any one here from Norton Colorado that can give us up dates?

It was about 50 miles north of me 105 mph winds over dry brush. A member of our Norton club lost his home and his very nice commando. Such a shame!

Wow ! That is terrible news , hope he and his family are all okay , they will be heart broken loosing their home and the Norton , so sad when things like this happen , ya just never know what coming down the road at you …..

I saw a quick news clip, I didn't know it was afterwards.

Still, a HORRIBLE tragedy.
A horrible tragedy it is. Seem I can't escape this. Was surrounded by the fires in Napa Calif in 2017. Know many who lost homes. Moved to a location in Colorado a comfortable distance away from trees and forests. The fire damger is high even with snow on the ground. This snow has little moisture content. The pine trees with their sap content are like match sticks and burn @ 2000F.
