I was scoping out "Internet Slang" dictionaries for RFT.....came across one that might have worked here:
"Right First Time"

Others, not so much:
"Request For Tender"
"Renal Function Test"
"Relational Frame Theory"
"Run Flat Tire"

I will say the RGM steel seals are supposed to help here since they do not deform much like the copper type. And I've used high temp exhaust type RTV as others have reported on these forums as being a good way to avoid higher torque. I guess the freakish over size nuts will also help as there is more material to hold on to across the larger circumference than stock setup.

Also, the LHT must get some benefit from Coriolis effect in this hemisphere, no?

I guess that you have looked into machining you LHT rose nuts down to threaded sleeves, then reduce the od of the threaded section on your RGM rose nuts. Press on the LHT sleeves and braze or weld in to place ?

I'll take the "Ain't Broke, Don't Fix it" path please ;-)

Ok, first run since cracked/balanced headers swapped to unbalanced/not cracked. Quite a different sounding setup. More raspy, can hear chirping sort of sounds from each cylinder now. Pressure pulses out of each pipe much higher velocity so I guess the mutes may be restricting too much now? Throttle response seems snappy and power seems good.
Noted the essentially clean chrome on front of headers going straw coloured within only a couple of minutes.

Yes, the phone recording doesn't do the sound justice. It's not obnoxiously loud, just harsher and "puttery".
Next step is to try the old Dunstalls...waiting on some reducers and need to make up some hangers.

Haven’t done a back to back Pea shooter vs Dunstall in Unbalanced, but I did with balanced. The Dunstall’s were less raspy, a little smoother, little quieter at Idle with better run off up top. They got just as loud, possibly even louder up top.
I would expect similar results.
Interested to see, or shall I say hear the results.
