i wondering if anyone can provide me with the OD of the balanced exhaust cross over pipe/ stub on the main pipe?

The balance pipe and stubs are the same OD = 1 3/8".

Two balance pipe connectors 063991 cover the pipe joints.

My old pipe from mid 90's actually measures 35mm, seems over the years 1 3/8" 34.925 mm has been changed to 35mm. The old matching down tube also from 90's and the new 2019 down tubes are also 35mm.
