At last My Mk3 is Up andRunning

After many months my Commando is back on the road and I couldn't be happier. None of this would have been possible except for the help of a number of individuals.

First and foremost thanks to Windy Eads for his enduring patience and tutoring not to mention his help in cleaning up my rookie errors. I have learnt so much from him during this process.

Jim Comstock was fabulous for his talented machining and inspired modifications and of course his wealth of technical know how.

Matt Rambo for inspiration and supply of so many goodies.

Ella Eaton of Old Brits. Ella was incredibly patient and helpful in supply endless packages of spare parts and of course accepting returns when I bought stuff that I didn't need.

Lastly, Brent Budgor of Vintage Vendor in Vermont not only for his incredible talent with a spray gun but his amazing customer service. The photographs don't do justice to the quality of his work

yep it is. you been here before?

it was a pleasure working with tony on his project. he got screwed buy the seller in his hast to buy it and the last person that worked on it did not do him much good either.tony fell into the trap most do and let it snowball. :shock:

I rode 50 miles or so today and when I got home had to call Windy to resolve 2 problems.

1) What do I have to do to wipe the $hit eating grin off my face?

2) how do I stop people flagging me down to tell me what a lovely bike it is?

I couldn't be happier.
