Okay, this is getting on my nerves. Someone in recent weeks showed a kit that had all the pieces for re-sleeving your MkII front master cylinder. It had the sleeve, piston, drill bits, and sealant all in one kit, and cost around $100USD (IIRC). I thought I commented on it so that it'd be easy for me to find, but it appears I failed again.
Can someone please direct me back to the thread in question?

Thanks,
Nathan

Most of the brake repair businesses around Victoria can resleeve a master cylinder, not expensive. It is probably the same in other countries. I use Lockheed master cylinders and calipers. I've had two masters resleeved in recent years - it was just chuck it on the counter and get it done. I use two calipers and discs and the same master cylinder normal for one caliper and disc. It is a one-finger brake if you use the old type asbestos pads. I tried the carbon fibre racing pads - not a hope of stopping the bike in time. Also tried one disc and caliper with one pair of asbestos pads, same result. I now use two small Suzuki discs - excellent.

Al, if you resleeve a Norton mastercylinder to 1/2" what piston and seals do you use?
