For me it's of academic interest only anyway as I don't use either. The examples in your photo are a good illustration of why.

This is a photo of how I would set up concentrics for reliability when racing. This is one of a 32 mm carb pair for a 500 Dommie. In this case set up for methanol. A poor bellmouth but you can see the Allen screws holding the bowl plus the monobloc drain plug. Set up like this the carbs do not fall apart up to around 7500 rpm (one piece crank). Rear wheel hp around 55 bhp.
I just don't like those screws. They fall out when you use the bike hard.

I've also replaced those screws with cap heads including one stripped thread I had to retap M5.

I believe posidrive drivers can also be used on Philips screw heads...but a Philips drive should be used on a Posidrive scew head.Ah well there you go then. Useful for originality I guess.
