I recently told someone about my bike and gave them Clem’s contact details... he called him today only to find out that Aniversary Cafe Racers and Sports are now all gone.

Presumably there are a few California's to be had? I guess it wouldn't take much to swap bars/cables if they aren't to your liking.
 
Indeed, I actually thought that wouldn’t be a bad idea, by a California, fit clip ons and keep the big bar kit for later in life, when it’s needed!

My mate asked about a Cafe Racer today and was told that Cafe Racers and Sport versions all sold out...
 
To be honest Cafe’s were available longer than I thought they would.
I know California’s are available at my local dealer

Phil has a good point, it's possible some of the dealers may have them. Didn't KH have an anniversary cafe?
 
The dealer I bought my cafe had 2 California’s for sale last week.


I also see one motorcycle dealer is asking £19995 for anniversary cafe no.27 being advertised on the web
 
Yes, my mate has since found a dealer that has two available which are on order from Norton.

But Norton themselves have sold out.

I also agree with the above and was surprised they didn’t sell out sooner. I remember Clem telling me he expected to be sold out by the time the NEC show ended last November...
