1970 Centerstand Spring

Having trouble figuring out the centerstand spring mounting location on a 1970. Know where it attaches to the frame / subframe but can't see where it attaches to the actual stand.

I know this stand is different than '71 on.

A description or photo would be most welcome.

I have mine hooked onto the cross bar of the stand, there is a small lip on the crossbar for the spring to sit beside.
Hope that helps.

I went on your websight (fastback.com - impressive!) and noticed in one photo in particular the spring attached to the lower crossbar. I then looked at my stand and saw where the lip is and an indication of where the spring had been at one time.

The spring I received from Domiracer is the wrong one. Hopefully the spring I ordered from Rabers will be the correct one.
