1962 Model 50/ ES2 handlebar layout

Hi, can someone please send me a picture of the handlebar layout on a 1962 ES2 or model 50, showing the left side Lucas horn/dip switch, ammeter, levers, grips and the Lucas headlamp medallion, also, does anyone know if the levers were Amal or Doherty. There is provision for a hand pump which is approximately 15'' between centers, can someone tell me the make of pump placed on the bike from the factory, many thanks David​
