EVERYONE will know the numbers in the end, as I need to ensure every contributor is acknowledged, and all the donations add up to the total, so there can be no finger pointing or accusations. Last thing I need is to get called out for trying to do a good deed!

I will do my level best to substantiate my in-kind contribution in the work I am doing to the (CNW KIT) owner's bike for him to hand it over to me. Believe it or not, since I retired, I have only charged $25/hr for my labor, and this will be no exception. Should he decide to discount the price AT ALL, and/or pay more for my labor, that will ALL go toward the final price. Should there be any money left over, I'd like to forward it to @ashman for his cost to install or just for gas money!

You are doing a good thing here GP - I agree that what ever is collected should all go to Ash . I have been very fortunate for most of my life and it is good to pay it forward when I can . PM sent

Pledge any amount, most are hovering near $50, but there are some pledging very generously.

Once we reach the price of $3,100 that the original CNW starter unit is selling for, I will close the thread and PM each contributor with payment options of Zelle, PayPal, and any other that contributors can be accommodated with (check, money order, etc).

At the same time, I will post the final list with all contributor names and amounts, UNLESS someone prefers to remain anonymous or not disclose their donation amount.

I will be buying the kit and sending it to @ashman , he wants to pay the shipping with insurance money.

Ash will have his mates help him install it, if he needs help; he's pretty gung-ho to do it!

I believe I can send the kit in multiple boxes via USPS "Flat Rate" medium & large size boxes.

Each one will have a value under $1,000, and will be marked "Humanitarian Gift".

I will talk to our local Postmaster to ensure it all goes smoothly, and avoids any duties or tariffs.

I am so speechless in all the offers of help with this starter kit and don't know how to thank everyone for the lost of my right lower leg, the biker life has been good to me in the last 52+ years and it amazes me how everyone pitches in to help other fallen riders, I never lost a leg before so everything is new to my situation and having friends all over the world helping is turely amazing, I can't believe it, I didn't expect this at all and thanks to GP (Paul) for his kindness to another old school rider and to everyone else, there are so many kind hearts still in this crazy world we all live in.
