I did, that’s why I made a spacer. Now the bolt is tight and the arm moves freely.

I’m pumped. I had to fabricate a spacer, but it worked out perfectly!!!

And the icing on the cake is to use 5/16 x 1/4 rose joints to do away with those yokes & clevis pins.... they are available but quite expensive... or do what i did buy 5/16 x 5/16 and turned down some spacers to reduce back to 1/4
