Is Norton applying them the same way to the New bikes ? And if so could they be ordered from Norton ready to apply ? Thanks for your advice.

I got some off ebay - roll the plates round a socket and supply your own tape. search for Fast Eddie's bike parts, locate his (UK) ebay shop and search for Roadholder.

Is this anything to do with you Fast Eddie? I suspect you may be a Ratfink plagiarist, knowing the mettle of your character as I do.......

Not guilty Clive.

Not this time anyhow...!

The Anniversary bikes came with the Roadholder badges as standard.

Ok, interesting.

Norton must have one of those new, fancy, high tech, CNC, random badge application machines at the end off the assembly line...

Or their Kanban methodology based Just In Time production system stopped for a nice cup of tea...

It would be nice to think that Norton had such ‘lean manufacturing’ methods in use Clive, but I rather suspect not. Unfortunately.

Everything is possible - I was at the Morgan factory last Friday night and I saw Kanban cards in the production area!!!!!!!

Thanks,
As Clive says -rim polishers finger! (Don’t google)
As SWMBO says - “you are not cleaning that bloody thing again are you?”. One last clean and polish before hibernation - salt down, wheels up!

Wodge - New 961 arrive today? pictures are required. Had a spin on mine the other day, quite use to the clip ons now, get on the Guzzi and it feels like a chopper, must have been the same for you on the sport

Now Nigel has changed his bars, he should be changing his handle to Steady Eddie (sorry couldn't resist). Going to ask Clem to send you some California stickers for your machine. Expecting a fierce response.

Early signs, hence the containment / prevention strategy.
Should be fine so long as I exersise a little common sense.
Unfortunately... that’s never been a strong point of mine...!
