Hi. I have a Commando Roadster mk2 a and would like to know if someone can either post a pic or explain how the rear fender number plate and light assembly bolts onto the mudguard, there is a spacer that I am a bit unsure of its location. I have looked at the parts manual but find it a bit unclear.

If you are referring to the 06-4016 spacer (item 30) apparently, it goes underneath the mudguard.

It makes sense that it is underneath when you notice that the bolt that goes in that location is hollow to receive a machine screw. So the extra length is needed.
