Herringbone oil lines were available about 2 years ago in new manufacture, they were sinfully expensive, then they seemed to go away. I heard that a small shop in England started making the lines, hard to imagine they stopped with such a gold mine; I never heard the full story.
Anyway.
I did some searching and the most recent post is about 2 year old; some leads at Advanced Auto Parts and NAPA. I'm interested in the oil supply and return lines, 3/8" ID, if I could find some herringbone lines at a reasonable per foot price I'd buy; I'm not opposed to a "plain Jane" locally available option, but I do like the herringbone design.
Has anyone wrestled with this recently? What did you end up with?
