McGuinness To race for Norton at 2018 IOM TT

Nothing with the Honda brand on it is off the radar of the parent company. Or very far past the reach of it's firm hand.
I'd definitely believe that also. Honda is a big player at the TT and the last years events in Ireland and the IOM were a PR disaster. In my opinion they pushed it on to the circuit too early like Yamaha did the year before and found out it the hard way that it wasn't race ready. They've had a year to sort it out and with Hutchy/Lee in the saddle for '18 thats a big vote of confidence for the machine right there.

If Honda cocked up last year, they will be pulling out all the stops to make up for it this year.

They won’t be making it easy for anyone, let alone Norton ...

Can you imagine if they won it, sales would certainly get a boost. Sort of not wanting them to become too big, mind you the prices will keep them from growing too much. Nice article in ride magazine which I just bought all about Nortons plan for growth and the TT

SG7 looking menacing

Any news on McPints health and whether or not he’s going to be able to ride?

Out of the cast but on his twitter feed 16th April, he said frustrated with the leg so maybe a longer recovery than he thought

Does look like they will be looking for another rider then? As i would probably only achieve a lap average around 75mph, it won't be me. Lets hope he's back with us for 2019

Unlike me, at least you think you'd have the guts to get on the bike.....

Well, at least Josh Brookes is a sure thing and us two Aussies will be there watching him - and hopefully J.McG.

The following recent post on Norton FB page. Interestingly my insurance is up for renewal and Bikesure have provided the best online quote, maybe I will give them a ring...
