Mrs. hobot, Alicia, eagerly booted my Mz Peel out the front door but on IT's return she swore was last time ever helping IT back in... hm implies mow allowed only at my own risk. i wonder, did Alicia push back going through tight fit doorway as I lifted turned fork to clear threshold so the RedNeck Chopper blade brake line support impaled inner leg to 2nd spike just above knee. Helps remind me one can never be thoughtless on tractors, two wheels or two people... I best not mention image of new bride carried over thresholds...

Kurt - going by separate weighed major assemblies as seen on trailer its ~330 lb with the battery so far. If complying to vintage race rules w/o Drouin and its anti-detonation fluid spray system, no alternator or kick lever and side stand - subtract ~50+ lbs. 2-1-mega exht system + hanger weighs ~10 lb. IS fiber tank w cap <7 lb. Push cafe-ish seat = 7.8 lb.

Peel greeting me at front door now. Tank mounts shifte ~3/4" to rear for filler access but removed seat gap too which also removed a few more oz's by sawing drilling.

Fork bumper wheel set to clear IS tank at 30* with almost 15* more on tap by smaller tank to rub in the fact all's ya all just don't yet know what ya missing out w/o watt's like tri-links inticing into hi speed straight steering that only likes of Peel and THE Gravel reveals what really steers a cycle and wonders of the dual hinge of stem/axle active geometry... To let Peels' hair out beyond elite corner cripples or recover THE Gravel snatches requires pulling the pin out steering dampener which i abhor but like its UFO gizmo looks and some events require them.

You'll need to drill more holes to offset the weight of all the gee-gaws!
 
Paul, extra gee-haws must earn their presence by helping power/wt production, protection by defense or offensive function or just to make peoples jaws slack heads cocked like a confused dog. Peel has hollow axles, rod link tubes and mount stalks, head spindles and a few over size drilled bolts doodads. Front wheel is tubeless but gave up on rear as tires sufaces, rim bead or spokes weeped & Tubliss inner-inner tube bead locker blew out so put normal tube in to get on with project. I have twice put front in water at 50+ PSI to see no bubbles but leaks down in about 3 days so a mystery but non issue to Peel with air station yellow squid hunting submarine. Btw a hi end Metzeler HD inner tube blew out @ 45 lb PSI seating rear tire on a stand so hard it blew the tire off the rim but only blew my eye brows back. Spare 2nd tube held. Neither me nor shop owner ever had such a thing happen but hey same old story with Peel * me.

In past Ms Peel I even weighed what each drill hole was worth in battery tray to Z plates - enough hole to fill a hall to make one's head swoon. Peel+me needs to be under 4 lb per hp or 1 lb ft of torque plus tuck down to out scoot 150-200 hp race cycles and still be toss-able pick-up-able when badly injured. Most of Peels massive unique features is to use against public dangers on 87 octane with over 16 CR heat spikes yet if paired down to just swing arm air tank as natural inspired drag engine on hi octane gas + water spray, no alternator, no kick lever side stand lights etc she is under 300 lbs. As heavy as I can configure with full fairing saddle cases, lug rack and struts with Drouin and 2 blunderbusses and Navy flare shot gun pistol may still be rather under 400 lbs.

Ah so Grasshopper Grandpaul, life changing realizations take many forms of shocks and catalysts... Most those I wanted to prove Peel too are dead now so Peel may well speed my way too.
Comnoz nixed the Lake Injector as some many have prior but impossible to fit even an intake manifold on impeller face d/t the alternator intruding but my plans failed so it ended up rearward whick unexpected cleared a path I had not seen till Jim pointed out - so more money/time delays before 1st burps.

Btw imagine this pattern more spread out & two times more balls at significantly higher pressure clearing hesitant deer clusters to create a deer bumper car collisions/falls that clear out just before I get there... Hope to leave locals wondering if crazy telling others they saw day glow color tinted deer...
