Ambiguous at best, especially seeing how it looks like there appears to be two heads like that in the picture. "Replace" to "improve" sure sounds like evolution where the head(s) in the picture can not be used; presumably due to some other change or they simply performed poorly.

The exhaust ports, valve guide holes and rocker spindle posts have been machined about 3/8" off towards the primary side. Seems like the one in the background has the same problem. Costly mistake!

From what I understand - they missed their last big race because the head was machined wrong. They have a lot of ambition and they are pushing the envelope. Its always risky when you do this but that's how you move forward. It would be nice to see it all come together.
