Yes , forgot to say the Norton emblem is a nice piece ! ....just not in that location ( my opinion) .... that being said by a guy that rides with minimal electrical aids , i.e. no turn indicators , no kill switch , just one mirror .... both brake switches function well and horn makes a noise most of the time ... have a clean headlight bucket just one hole on bottom for wires , halogen head light dip/on/off are controlled via re-wired port side cluster .... so shouldn’t take anything I say very serious ....

Wait... aren't you the guy who says a good coat of oil and dirt controls corrosion? I'd have thought that the word polish wasn't in your vocabulary.

There are a number of plastic poilshes out there, in any auto parts store. The stuff for headlight lenses works fine.

Plastic doesn't rust... Right? Not the brightest lights in the world either. Use hand signals and drivers look to see what/who you're pointing/waving at.

nothing special - meguiars fine cut cleaner, and a coat of wax

No, I don't like it. Maybe if you cut it off to about half height.
But if you like the stool as it is, keep it like that.
