I have seen plenty of other motorcycles which have Phillips head screws in the tail light.

Is that a Snap-On stool?

I think the fact that you are riding a Norton pretty much solidifies that you are an enthusiast.
Put it on your canoe rack.

I'm with Craig, it looks a bit busy, maybe because it's not symmetrical. It looks like a quality emblem though.

If I were super picky, I'd say that Norton logo predates the Commando (luckily I'm not).

And the extra weight will make the indicator bracket at back of number plate snap off, indicator might end up in back wheel. 750 ones used to break off without any extra weight on.

we just may have a winner! having given this some thought, I have to agree with most - removed it . really like the beer tap idea though....

What did you use to polish up that lens? I've not had a whole lotta luck and can't stand a nasty taillight lens
