Anyone running a xenon headlight? Brighter than the halogen?

I am not dead sure of my facts but if this is the same thing i spoke to a guy about,he was selling xenon light kits, he said they required negative earth, but he did say the light difference was good, but them he was trying to sell them.

On the RGM site it says 30% brighter and drop in replacement. Was just wondering if anyone had tried them.

I have tried them yes they are brighter. (I think there is some confusion between Xenon bulbs and HID (High Intensity Discharge) Xenon setups.
just remembered this link.[Broken Link Removed] (You can use any H4 Bulb of the correct rating)
