X pipe

Mine is SBN too.
If Norton no longer produces cat-less ones, may be a symptom of EPC - environmental political correctness.

I use the SBN X pipe too. Could be after the multi million dollar hit Harley took for selling "race products", Norton can't afford that kind of hit.

Who's running the catless x-pipe?

Is that De-CAT pipe design that crosses the pipes? If so what's the reason for that type of design?

I've had the Norton one on order through a US Norton dealer for a month. Was told a week or so ago that they will have to schedule a batch for fabrication. Have not heard anything resembling word of them being "no longer available".

Actually, I always thought I have South Bay Norton pipes because they were dealer installed and that's where I was told they were from, however, my pipes have "DS" stamped on the cones, not "SBN". Anybody else know anything about that?

Curtis,

DS stands for Dominator Sport.
I believe that is how Cone Engineering stamps the pipes.

Frazer Ducati/Norton in Australia have them for sale too.

Just installed some on my bike which I purchased from them but shipping fees may make them abit more expensive for those in North America than buying from AF1-Racing. Mine cost 413 AUD which is approx. $325 USD (without shipping).

Out of interest does installing just the decat with standard silencers need a remap?
