As I sort through the shop, moving the remains of the metal shop out to the garage to better my area for working on bikes, I rediscovered this book, which is quite fitting for this thread I think:
In the back on the last page you can see where dad was working out the cost of parts - as the Atlas was fairly stock I suspect that he didn't have enough, but his friend Chip had Dunstall mufflers on his Commando, and another of his friend had a VERY Dunstall Commando - tank, seat, clip ons, pipes, engine work, etc...
