woodruff keys

I got a couple of them from CarQuest and Home Depot so they are pretty standard. I think.

Hi

Order a set. They are not to expensive. Then keep them as patterns.
Might have to make one, as a second hand front belt drive pulley has a larger keyway.
(worn by knocking back & forth) Did think about cutting a new keyway in the pulley.
Will take the easy option as I only have hand tools.

using ONLY an aluminum drift will ensure they are not disfigured from install/extraction. :idea:

Woodruff keys are pretty generic, you will find them in metric and imperial.

You can buy them in "grab kits", some places will sell them individually.

Very likely you'll need to file them a little to suit your application.
