According to the '69 S type supplement in the '68-'70 parts book...:

...according to AN, 06.0915 is 2BA so there ought to be a 2BA-sized (threaded? unthreaded?) hole somewhere in the 'S' battery tray?

065050 is the support clip for the flexible rocker feed line normally attached to the rear head steady stud...
...however, the flexible rocker feed wasn't introduced until late '70 so your S type would've had the rigid pipe below (1) with clip (5) originally which attached to the RH carb inlet manifold outer bolt.
The rigid pipe and original clip are apparently no longer available from AN.
