You could always pay a fee to the NOC, and they would check if it is in the surviving records,
and give some more details - who it was dispatched to, and when.
Note that the records/dispatches are not always strictly in numerical order, so you never know....

Well then there is definitely some sorting to do!
You may have to start from scratch, although without Bills of Sale that list the number on the frame and/or engine, it might be tough.
You could go in with a homebuilt application, if you want to list starting from parts only...
