What order do you do for a rebuild?

Looking good!

Well, the oil leak is on the correct side to not burn up on the exhaust. Silver linings, and all that...
Unfortunately I hadn’t seated the rocker feed block fully - at least it proved the returning oil was also going up that pipe correctly. I reseated it and all was well once more. Small little niggles I can handle, it’s the major ones that I can’t handle.

Take it easy
No need to rush any of this stuff
And get help instead of pushing through by yourself
The last bike which I built had an Egli replica frame and an H1 Kawasaki two stroke engine. I picked the engine up and held it for a short time, then put it down and went inside the house and sat in an armchair in the lounge room where I had a stroke. Usually I have built British bikes where the gearbox is separate from the motor. I cannot remember if at that time I'd had by double by-pass heart op. Motorcycles are more important than dying. The last time I road raced, I was 72 and I'd had a double by-pass heart op, 3 strokes, and a carotid artery clearance op, and I was taking 5 kinds of medication. I only told the officials about my anti-cholesterol tables. If you race when taking a beta-blocker, it is absolute magic. Normally a tweak of adrenalin when you have a moment, makes things more difficult. In this life, you only die once, and you can only hope it happens later. I have worked where you can instantanteously disappear - it can give you a head-fuck - so do not worry.
