It's a stamped steel motorcycle - my guess German WWII.
 
It's the Pillsbury DoughBoy's ride.

...or more likely, the Michelin Man...

besides me, there are 3 others here that obviously don't know what it is either.

Personally, I think that it's kinda cool! Definitely different!
I like the more obscure stuff.
 
Some guy posted the pic on a Goldwing forum that I visit.

Looks like someone took a cartoon motorcycle as a blueprint. I didn't know the Nazis were into drugs during the war.

Someone told me once that they and Bayer were big into speed in those days. My time in Germany in the early 70's showed me knew their stuff. Did I just say that?
