Any other numbers stamped on the cases?

Ceriani forks
Interesting rear brake
Interesting vent tube off the timing chest (or is that hoes just hanging there)
Anything marked on that gearbox?
This was probably the most successful Aussie period racer in the 80's with 58 wins from 68 starts. Every part of the motor (including all 3 tappet covers) has a breather terminating in the bucket in front of the motor. Gearbox is a 5 speed quaife with no numbers.
Has not run since mid 80's. We hope to have it back on the track this year.

Don't see to many bikes with 2LS rear brakes and SLS front.
Anybody know what rear brake that is? Looks magnesium and looks familiar, but can't really place it.
BillT said:If it is a 750 motor, the stamping on the crank case should be 20/108353 if destined for a slimline frame. If the engine was originally from the 750 hybrid (Atlas Scrambler or Matchless G15CS), the stamp would read N15CS/108353 or G15CS/108353
