hehehe, creepy sensation isn't / ain't it?
What language do you want me to post in then ?

Just like our current C'do's, a hodge podge of factory parts that everyone adapted as desired or by fate. Even identical twins have unique fingerprints.

notice some have more than one page to tag through...

Wild man Tom Davenport on his P11-ish desert sled commuter.

Wonder if there were any AJS P11's though ?
Not entirely sure I've even seen any advertising for them.

You had just posted that there were no Matchless P11s too.

It wasn't that question.

Not language......Grammar.

Well...you did say:: "Since I don't think that AJS is defunct yet..." Which appeared to indicate you were talking in the present tense as AJS is not defunct-yet.
Then went on to say: "...there will be an AJS version too. ?" Will there? Now-or sometime in the future, perhaps?

In future then Les, I'll use the Swahili word for Chinese if I really mean Chinese, so there is no chance of being misinterpreted....

That's a good idea. I shall keep a sharp lookout for 'Kichina' in your future posts.

I note that all those little Norton Villiers motorcycles on UK ebay made in Kachina* seem to have disappeared. Maybe the Trademark Holder has successfully taken action against them.

*Swahili for chinese.

Had to try it....

That was mainly due to the efforts of our own ZFD, however Norton-Villiers still appears to be trading, and the odd Kachina Norton still pops up on UK ebay occasionally and the owners often state in their ads that the Kachinans own the rights to the Norton name!

I can't let this highly informative post go uncommented upon. Just for the record "Ah Fu Lee Kah Wah' is Chinese (Cantonese) for Swahili. So when they start building Nortons, Ivory Calthorpes, Coventry Eagles etc in Cape Town we will at least have the correct terminology, what an erudite and international group we are !

D/t acupuncture travel and mentors, I can't wait for the spelling translations of those into Chinese via Arabic letters then attempts to pronounce it so its not an obscene phrase to the native speakers. At least 5 ways to make the m sound. Advertising slogans like - "Satisfies like a good desert" could sound like, "Feels like a Crock of S... [no not stew]

There were incestuous matings among the various mommies and daddies of our Commandos and the same morals hold true unto today...
