Is openly defaming people, in the name of getting to someones completely unsubstanciated ‘truth’ acceptable?

Is perpetual misinformation/disinformation hurting anybody?

I'm not sure if sweaty arm pits andy is implicated in this case...but ya never know.?..but for some reason the past Queen and the present King gave him the flick...im pretty sure it wasn't BO :)
