Hey guys,
Im working hard this weekend to get as much done as I can. Im about to install the steering head bearings and paint up some odds and ends tonight. Before I put the bearings in though I want to make sure that I align the vin plate correctly on the steering head tube. I dont want to end up with it upside down. Ive looked around for pictures but couldnt find any. I assume that because it isnt centered, the top end would be furthest away from the center of the tube (looking straight back from the front end of the bike) and the bottom side where the numbers are actually stamped are right near the middle. A picture would solve my problem instantly.
