I started to do a simple line drawing to figure out what sort of changes to expect in front end geometry with different forks and clamps, but a simple line drawing was a bit boring. Funnily enough I still havent got the front geometry figured out yet, if anyone has a DXF or drawings of the cradle or swing arm that would be useful...

That's a bit out of my league.

I've drawn a couple of crude 3D "stick built" drawings with very basic shading and rendering, nothing that advanced.

I have only a 2D side-shot drawing of a frame that I use for my monoshock swingarm work.

I'm dismayed you didn't model each spoke.

I cant, the rims havent been drilled yet
I was actually going to use your pictures to figure out the spoke pattern

Just don't ask me for the offset...

Interesting to see such familiar shapes digitized. Let us know what ya run into with the power unit offset to make drive train and rim line up. When ya get bored with the ordinary, cook up a righteous stretched foot forward chopper chassis for me.

ugh, in that case graphic in some ground level ape hanger handle bar tassels too!

I tell ya, this is so incredible to me! And it makes me want to powder coat my frame purple! Beautiful work, just fascinating to me.

I loved the animated graphic by a rider that has the engine bouncing around in silly orbital. Some frames best in dark colors but Cdo's are sleek to see in pastels and bright shades.

Cheesy, looks real nize.

A danish guy had a go at this before, check http://www.alledesign.com/3d/frame/object_1.htm
Perhaps you can derivate something from that. I cannot.

Dynodave once told me that on all 850's the front ends are 1.342 degrees steeper than the neck.
And that with 62 degrees neck and 4.10x19 tyre, a trail of 106 mm should result.

More fingerlicking solidworks stuff below (sorry, no Commando)
