tubeless tires

I was wondering if anyone with spoked wheels has sealed them and run tubeless. I would love to have the right angled valve stems, seems such a pita to fill and check my tires now. Failing that, anyone have a good suggestion for an air chuck that works with our wheels? Thanks, Mark.

I don't leave it on the bike (just in jacket) but do have smaller ones on the Moto Morini.
