Trackmaster frame

I have a P11 motor in a Trackmaster frame designed for a Triumph triple motor. My question is about the oil return. The oil return pipe in the frame has a fairly small exit hole and I am wondering if it is up to the job of evacuating the motor as its running. I would have to know the output of the Triumph pump compared to the Norton pump but maybe someone has some practical experience with this?
 
The return on the triple is probably deliberately restricted in order to force more oil to the rockers (rockers are fed off of the return).

how small is the outlet compared to a tank
