+1 on guys with machine tools!
As for the drum v disc discussion there is no question that the disc is superior track or road.
But unless you are driving in modern heavy traffic you will do fine with a good drum. As
mentioned, you can only go as fast as you can stop so you adjust your driving style to the
equipment at hand. Horses for courses and all that.

Have you had a chance to run it yet with the stiffening kit? Interested in hearing your comparision.

I'm curious about the stainless actuator arms. Are they the same length as the stock arms or are they the longer ones that where offered to supply more leverage? I have a pair of those but never installed them as I wasn't comfortable with the angle of the cable coming out of the adjuster.
