The V4 situation

That's the advantage of being mindlessly negative about everything all the time; you're bound to be right sooner or later :D
I was VERY negative about Gardner after hearing the 10th complaint of long-gone deposits for LE Commandos, and ended up proven right.

I have owned a Norton F1 Sport for over thirty years with no dealer back up whatsoever..I always manage to find a way regarding spares. Still using it now and with Andover Norton supplying parts should be using it for a bit longer. Problem is I don’t need another awkward bike from TVS with problematic spares back up.
A F1 Sport is my Number 1 desired bike.

Being negative is not necessarily mindless - is that your way of taking those people down?
Are you mindlessly positive?

Wouldn't be surprised if the new top end Norton's were all V4s.. not the current V4, but a new engine that can pass all the current emission regs etc.
Heard rumours of a replacement engine ages ago. Is that the sound of the Greater Crested Buzzard Mating Call I hear echoing around Solihull this Springtime or a new Norton V4 prototype.........
