In March 2012 I visited the Donington Park ‘factory’ to test out a 961 ‘hack’ and place my £1350 deposit for a March 2013 delivery. Having paid my money I noticed about 10 Commandos awaiting gearboxes and staff hanging around not doing a lot etc etc. I joined me wife in the car and told her I think I had just thrown my deposit away as I couldn’t see my bike being produced. I took a risk. Luckily my bike arrived in mid March 2013 and still delivers....as in all thinks you pays yer money and you take your chance!
