Just read a story that Garner has appealed against his pension repayment order. Eventually, If he cannot make the pension repayment order, does he face jail? Bankrupsy? Castration? Public flogging with string cheese? Or is he and his like a protected species?

If he is ordered to pay it and doesn’t I believe he faces jail time because by definition he will have taken money (a lot of it) wrongly / dishonestly.
