Tank knee pads

From other posts you may have seen I am building a "bitza" 1947 ES2. My big question are the knee pad attaching screw width. I am 99% sure this is an original tank redone. The hole spacing is 121mm center to center. Most that I seen measure 114mm center to center. What year is my tank and where can I find replacement pads Thanks
