Just got home from a blast into town , perfect weather , bike running lovely & the sweet taste of honey [ and guts ]
Hit a big swarm of bees , total black out of the sunnies , honey & guts every where . Took 10 min to shake the bodies out my clothes & clean the sunnies , honey is hard to get off , & to my total amazement , not one single sting . maybe they dont sting when they swarm ? Either that or 80mph is enough to stun them .

You are right on that they don't sting when they swarm. 8) We use to have honey bees on our Apple orchard farm. Long Long ago.
put some honey on your toast.
Cheers,

Can't say Ive ever ridden thru a swarm of bees but back in Florida we had the love-bug season twice a year. Crappy thing about hitting a swarm of those is the awful smell and the fact that if left on the guts will eat away at anything painted. I guess at least they can't sting you

I've punched through some Mayfly hatches. Where is my Art Flick book when I need it. :p
