That's the way it has been since Adam , and will be till the last human being is exterminated by the AI terminators, once you accept this as a given it's easier to get on with your life and move on to a a nicer place and concentrate on fixing the things in your back yard. 🥴
 
As a declared bankrupt then nothing would have come from Garner, it came from the Fraud Compensation Fund which is funded by UK Taxpayers. So I paid for his sins without ever buying a 961 or telling anyone to consider buying one.

HOW on earth do these people get away with that level of rip off & "restitution" and still be allowed out in pubic?

He should have remained in jail till the last farthing was paid.
 
The rich always get away with things and I bet he had everything in his wife's name so no asset can be touched, in Australia so many rich business owners who have declared themselves bankrupt to get out of paying depts or not paying contractors their money for work done and a few days later setting up the same business but in the wife's name so they can not be touched and start doing the same thing over again, they also have smart lawyers who know all the trick to get out of paying back any money and get away with fraud and the poor old tax payer get stung again over and over.
We have also had our share of rich fraudsters do a short stint in jail to walk out to still live life in luxury because everything was put in the wife's name.
