Steeringhead Lock

Can any one enlighten me which models came with steering head locks , as both my bikes have the holes there , but no locks.
I can get the spares easy enough, just not sure if the locks were specific to any (or every model)

I got one on mine. I dont know if my steering head is stock though!

My 74 has one... but the pin won't reach the slot in the frame tab. Wish I knew how to fix that.
