Check this out
#35 air jet
I saw this listing you may be interested in: New mikuni carb and sonny angel Norton inlet manifold https://www.trademe.co.nz/4078893197
I don't see the specs, just pictures. I suspect you meant pilot jet, but to keep us all on the same page.....

#35 is a pilot jet size.

Air jet sizes run 0.5, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0 and are not in the starter or low speed running circuit. I would bet that it has a 2.0 fitted and would benefit from 1.1 to 1.0, but it won't affect a low rpm problem.

(OK, I'm banging on about the air jet again, but at least I am consistent!)

Is the manifold covering 2 cylinders and what’s special about it being rare

Well bro, that’s cheap in euro 140€ what you think ?, I can PayPal you the money what would it cost to ship here ?,
I'm not familiar with that manifold I will make inquiry ...but I note the smaller pilot jet size ?

There is nothing rare or special about the manifold...I think after a look around they are crap ...with poor fixing 👇

colour tuner has arrived so the fun will begin as soon as i get the triumph thunderbird off the bench folks

Make sure you use it at full working temperature
will do looking forward to trying it out, have load of pilot jet sizes with it, i have 40 in at moment ,tell us this if i cant get blue flame with air screw adjustment should i drop down to 35 pilot and so on, mains is 260 which seems the norm, any help be great before i start

If its always yellow at idle then you are too large on the pilot so go smaller in stages until you can get it blue, at this part of the tuning the 260 affects nothing so can be ignored.

What do you think / conclude from the colour tune?

It would be interesting to hear comments from an experienced colour tuner on your video…

Do what the colourtune and your eyes tell you but only at steady idle with the slide down on the stop. Also you are just at the pilot size stage so no need to open the throttle to see the change in colour until you get the right pilot size in place.

Maybe it’s the light of the camera etc, but at idle I thought it looked fairly blue?

Very yellow when you blip it though.
