My 850es does not want to start on the kick start but if i use the electric starter it starts first time once started it will start first kick all day long i got to be honest it got worse the later part of last year also it has Boyer fitted battery voltage is 12.74 volts and cut out switch is fitted also

Mine is much the opposite, starts easily with kick start when cold or hot. When cold it will roll over nicely on the estart but will not fire due to the voltage drop and Boyer. One prod with the kickstarter gets it going.
After running for a bit the battery voltage goes up a tad and the rollover resistance goes down so it fires right up on e start.

You say your bike will not start when the motor is cold when you try to kick start it, but will start with E start?

Do you mean it won't start on the kick starter using one kick, or two, or three or never?

Mine never start firsts kick, but always on second kick. First kick is the one drawing the gas in.

Never wrong with that.

WHen you use the electric start maybe it is spinning the motor faster than when you kick it when cold.

I had that problem many years ago. Proved to be a faulty spark plug, had a crack in the ceramic.
I could only explain it that when starting by button, the ballast resistor is bypassed, so not "6" Volts on the coils but "12" Volts. That caused the plug to just work.
I say "12", because it will be less because of the drop caused by the starter.
I changed the plugs and she kick-started fine again.
Mind you, it still had points.

its had a battery charge and started 3rd kick but i have found that Boyer had a problem with the crimping tool which then results in a voltage drop to energise the system .
