Starter Sprag and Starter drive gear

HI,
My Sprocket Engine which the inside mesurement is: 2.273 in., part number #06-4681 and the Gear crank outside mesurement is +/-1.622., part number #06-4731.
Is these mesurements are good enough to add a new Sprag or I need to change both?
